Classic Craftsmanship. Pieces That Move Themselves.
Experience the magic of chess in motion. The PHANTOM Grand Classical pairs a rich dark walnut veneer and smooth maple inlays with hidden robotic technology that moves the pieces for you. Connect through the Phantom App for local or online play, bringing digital opponents to a beautifully crafted physical board.
- Self-Moving Pieces: A concealed magnetic robotic mechanism brings every move to life.
- Wireless Freedom: A battery-powered, full-sized 21" × 21" board makes an elegant addition to your study or home office.
- Traditional Wooden Pieces: Includes 34 Staunton-style pieces in dark walnut and light birch, with two extra queens.
- Refined Finish: Satin-matte pieces and hidden magnets preserve the classic look without visible hardware.
- Connected Play: Access the Phantom App for both local and online games.
Your Chess, Reimagined
Phantom is more than a board. Begin a match, and pieces move on their own, carrying out each strategy in real time—whether you’re sitting across from a friend, playing someone online, or testing yourself against AI. Remote opponent? Their moves happen live on your set, as if you were in the same room (no Phantom needed on their end). Prefer guidance? Command your pieces by voice—call out your moves and watch them obey with precision.
Learning, History, and Beyond
Elevate your game with Phantom Tutor, offering interactive lessons and hands-on practice. Challenge Maia, the innovative neural engine that mimics human play for a more natural match. For the true chess lover, revive history’s classics in Sculpture Mode—over 100 legendary games, brought to life, or upload your own for a personalized performance. Every detail—game mode, coaching, playback, piece style—is designed to craft your most immersive chess experience yet.
