We offer free local delivery for any orders that total HK$500 or more.
For orders less than HK$500, the shipping rate starts from HK$30 and is calculated at checkout.

Once the order is placed successfully, you will receive an order confirmation email. All in-stock items will be shipped out in 1-3 working days after the order is successfully placed. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email to track your shipment to see the delivery status. 

Some products may be subject to special delivery arrangements or dispatch times. This information will be indicated on the relevant product page.

Absolutely! Pick up your online order at our store is completely free of charge. You can also experience our new products and chat with our friendly staff. Simply select "Pick up" as the delivery method at checkout.

All in-stock items will be ready for pick up in 24 hours after the order is successfully placed. You will need to show us your Pickup ready confirmation email when coming to collect your order.

We are happy to announce that we now ship worldwide! The shipping rate is calculated at checkout. For international orders, you will be responsible for all taxes and duties.

Any opened, used or damaged products by the customer will not be eligible for exchange (or, where applicable, refund). Refer to our returns & exchange policy for more detailed information.

A Pre-order is an advance online purchase made before the product is available to ship.

The Pre-Order items' ready times vary. You can check the ship out period on the relevant product page. You will be notified as soon as your order is dispatched. The delivery time will depend on your selected shipping country.

Once your Pre-Order is confirmed, no amendments or cancellations can be made to your order. Don't forget to check your Pre-Order items before making your purchase.  We'll do our best to get your order to you as soon as we can!

To earn the most ẘ-Coins, make sure you're logged in whenever you visit our website or quote your email when making a purchase in our store! It's that simple!

In our online store: You can check your ẘ-Coins for available coupons in your account and redeem your ẘ-Coins for a coupon code to use during checkout.

At our retail store: Our friendly staff will remind you if you have an available coupon reward in your account when you are in our store. You can decide whether to use or keep it for your next purchase during checkout.

No, you cannot combine Wake redemption coupons with other promotional offers. This includes any other discounts or sales available on our site. If you try to use two discount codes on the same order, one will replace the other.

You can use Wake redemption coupons on almost all collections we carry.

However, some of the product collections below are not participated in nor eligible for Wake redemption discounts. This includes Buster+Punch, Meural by Netgear, Vestaboard and Vitruvian.
