Refund policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you enjoyed shopping with us. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

All returns must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

Wake will gladly offer credit in the form on a digital gift card for the exchange of any items. To return an item, please email us at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please keep in mind that you will be responsible for any return shipping costs. We strongly advise you to mail your return through a trackable method.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed and your credit has been issued. If the item does not meet the above criteria, Wake reserves the right to reject for exchange or credit.

SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEM

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately pre-order, sale or clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.

RECEIVED A WRONG ITEM?

Even though we try our best to pack every order correctly, mistakes can happen.
Please send an email to [email protected] with a photo of the item you received and your order number if you believe you have received the wrong item. Do not open any items that you believe are incorrect. An opened item, even if incorrectly mailed/received, may be rejected for exchange or credit.
