An Interchangeable-lens Instant Camera 

We enjoy instant films and the feeling of holding one while waiting for the image to develop. There are times, though, when we wish our instant camera could do more. NONS designed SL42 with the aim of adding diversity and excitement to the realm of rapid filmmaking, letting users to rediscover the joy of film photography in an instant.

• Electro-Focus mount – SL42 is a passive EF mount camera, compatible with EF lens, and also lots of vintage lenses with an easy-to-get adapter.
• Instax mini film – SL42 works with the widely-available Instax mini film.
• Single-lens Reflex (SLR) – The precise SLR structure and viewfinder inside SL42 make it easy to frame and focus accurately.
• Integrated light meter – The display panel will show the recommended aperture (F/#) for better exposure.

M42 lens was designed for 35mm film. When shooting with Instax mini film, the image field of M42 lens will provide a unique style of round frame (the diameter of frame varies with different types of lenses).

WHAT IS NFE

NONS Format Extender (NFE) is an EF to EF mount adapter including 3 glass elements. It will extend the full-frame image field (36 x 24 mm) to medium format (62 x 46 mm). Less vignetting, more inspiration.

HOW SL42 WORKS

SL42 works like a traditional SLR analog camera. You could enjoy full manual control. Or just rely on the integrated light meter for quick shots. 

1. Wind the shutter
2. Choose shutter speed
3. Check light meter
4. Adjust aperture according to the meter
5. Frame
6. Focus
7. Press the shutter
8. Eject the film
