In addition to traditional Colombian growing methods, they are constantly improving their craft, introducing advanced processing methods such as new fermentation and drying techniques.
Their coffee received international recognition at the 2022 World Coffee Championships.
Its floral aromas, delicate acidity and rich sweetness create a complex flavor profile.
