What is wine coffee
Wine coffee is "wine-flavored coffee beans" made by soaking green coffee beans in alcohol, transferring the flavor of alcohol to the green beans, and then roasting them.
About the brewery
The sake brewer is Izumashi Sake Brewing Co., Ltd. located in Ebina City, Kanagawa Prefecture, with a history dating back to 1996. They adhere to the belief that "wine-making begins with rice planting" and implement a complete set of wine-making techniques starting from the planting of wine-making rice. We pay attention to traditional sake brewing and finish it carefully using old-fashioned methods and techniques. He carefully evaluates the soil, the personality of the producer and the characteristics of the rice and reflects this in his handiwork. The result is sake with a natural, rich flavor.
Alcohol used
Shochu made from sake produced during the sake brewing process is combined with liqueur made from yuzu produced in Fujino City, Sagamihara City.
The aroma and flavor of yuzu and the refreshing feeling that only shochu can provide are fully reflected in this product.
