GLITCH Coffee COLOMBIA Cauca El Paraiso "Lychee"

Glitch Coffee & Roasters

Nestled discreetly on a street corner, GLITCH COFFEE & ROASTERS shines as a beacon of quality and uniqueness in Jimbocho, a district steeped in literary history. The main store's minimalist wood and metal decor, housing a prominent roasting machine, reflects the owner's profound dedication to the art of coffee.

Helmed by Mr. Suzuki Kiyokawa, the 2014 AeroPress Japan Champion, GLITCH prioritizes flavor depth by sourcing premium beans from renowned farms. Contrary to tradition, the exclusive shallow frying technique accentuates the beans' fruity nuances, offering a delicate and unparalleled coffee experience. This commitment to excellence has earned GLITCH a spot among Asia's top 50 best coffees, recognized by The Big7 Travel in 2019, cementing its status as a must-visit destination for coffee aficionados seeking a blend of artistry and taste.
